Crust Sandwich
How do I stop night munchies?
During the day, I eat regularly. I usually eat eggs or cereal for breakfast. Then at lunch I eat one of those no-crust sandwich things, or milk and some fruit or something. But then around 7, and right after I eat dinner I get the munchies. I want to snack constantly. I’m really trying to get in shape as it is summer. I’m been swimming some, and running a mile daily. But, I really need to know how to stop the munchies, or how to give myself incentive to stop.

I already drink around 3/4 bottles of water a day.
I’m not fat, I’m just trying to get more in shape.
